Absolutely perfect spot to bring the little one and grab a bite to eat along with a caffeine boost. Awesome play areas and great environment to hang out will the kids play.

We came here for the soft opening and the children couldn't stop talking about how relaxing and enjoyable a time they had. We each had a drink, hot cocoa for the kids and cold brew and tea for the adults. Played for a half hour and it only costs around $10 for two kids. Lots to do and extra rooms for play parties will make this a place we will visit frequently! The staff immediately welcomed us and explained how everything worked here. We visited during prime time and there were over 20 people here so you can tell its going to be popular!

10/10 all the way around! (Long review but worth it) If you're a Lake Country/Milwaukee parent, YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! Brittney is a GEM! She definitely has her heart & passion in this business. It's all in the details. We did my daughter's party here and let me tell you, we were ALL amazed! All guests had nothing but good things to say about her playspace! When you book a party, you get a couple extra amenities and the kids LOVED having the bounce house and the music speaker! The vibes the art work, the different spaces for kids to play! I have a two year old and a 6 year old , there was plenty for them to do! She definitely hit her target audience with this place. There were 3 sensory rooms that were a hit for my toddler with ASD and the wind tunnel was a favorite for my 6 year old. She has couches and a coffee bar for parents to sit at and tables in front. The view and atmosphere is just so cute! I may even come here without my kids . Customer service & cleanliness is 10/10. They are a new business so lots of changes come with that, but they are absolutely rocking it! Telling everyone I know to come here to play & book their events!

We took our daughter here numerous times and we absolutely loved it. It was always very clean and organized. The coffee bar was always stocked with tasty beverages and the coffee selection was amazing. Our daughter had a blast exploring the various rooms and all the toys available to play with. It was a game changer having a nice coffee shop/kids play area in the neighborhood and we are constantly checking for updates on the re-opening! We hope it comes soon!

I recently had a birthday party here and it was wonderful. The room was nice and roomy and everything was super clean. The party rental comes with a private room and a private bounce slide which the kids went wild for. We were also able to order coffee during party. I went to the soft opening when Brittney first opened and it was so cozy and wonderful. My son tends to get overstimulated and he loved the size of this play cafe and all of the different areas. He also really enjoys the sensory room when he gets overstimulated. The owner Brittney is super sweet and attentive to all of her customers. She’s friendly and really listens to customer concerns and questions. The decor is to die for and super fun, my son kept pointing out the hanging flowers and all of the lights. The coffee is always good and done really fast. They are still adding things to the menu but they have snacks for the kids. The biggest thing that made this play cafe different from all of the others is that it caters to a lot of different ages. Most play cafes are for little kids so it’s nice that the cafe tries to accommodate every age. The pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this play cafe to anyone looking to take their kids, especially if they get overstimulated in other play places.

We love Creative Heart Cafe and Play! My 1 and 3 year old girls have so much fun every time we go. I get to enjoy a yummy coffee while watching them smile and play in this beautiful space. We recently had their birthday party there and it was absolutely wonderful! I had a great time, all of our friends and family had a blast, and my girls could not contain their excitement! The bouncy house at the party was a huge hit, and even though it was a larger party, there was plenty of space for everyone. Brittney is so kind, personable and it is obvious the creativity and heart she put into this special place. I 10/10 recommend!

Just had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! All the families couldn’t stop raving at how great the space was. It is a very large space compared to other play cafes so there was plenty of room for the kids to move around and explore. There was a great variety of toys and the owner is so sweet and super easy to work with. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

This place is incredible!! My daughter had a blast and did not stop smiling the entire time. So many fun things for littles to play with that I have never seen at any other play place before. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee while my daughter got to play! The owner seems so incredibly friendly (and was working her tail off today might I add). So much love and creativity went into this place, you can tell! We will definitely be back! Such a genius idea!
